Jocelyn Sims is the Internal Communications Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where she manages a team of designers and writers to reach and engage employees via multiple communication channels.  Her extensive experience in communications includes managing the internal employee publication at a Chicago area university, including its award-winning redesign and website launch, and managing multiple trade magazines for international and domestic audiences in the publishing industry.

Sims holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Illinois and an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on writing and women’s and gender studies, from DePaul University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two cats and enjoys running along Chicago’s lakefront.
